Our mixed fermentation Saison began its journey in one of Fermentaria Foeders for 11 months. It was the refermented with Gooseberries and dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand. The result is a lightly tart, dry beer with aromas akin to a classic Kiwi Sauvignon Blanc
